Ethics
Most ethics pages are legal disclaimers in disguise. This one is a promise. If we break any of these, we deserve to be called out — publicly, and loudly.
Your insights, your terrain, your history of thought — none of it is sold, licensed, rented, or traded. It lives on your map. We do not monetise your interiority.
The pulse feed is not engineered to maximise your time on screen, your anger, or your fear. What surfaces, surfaces because humans chose to elevate it — not because a model optimised for engagement at all costs.
We reward going deeper, not going wider. There are no follower counts, no vanity metrics, no mechanism that turns your authentic expression into a performance for audience maximisation.
What you type and delete is not recorded and analysed. The discard signal — the question that surfaces when you've rewritten something three times — is purely local. It never leaves your device.
We use AI to generate surface reflections, discover resonances between people, and surface the patterns in your own mining. Every AI call is in service of your depth — never to profile, score, or predict behaviour for third parties.
When two people find each other through terrain resonance, that discovery belongs to them. We don't broker those connections for commercial gain, and we don't surface your map to people who haven't earned the right to see it.
Your ulogs, your terrain map, your resonances — all exportable, all yours. Leaving humanverse should not feel like losing a part of yourself. We will never hold your data hostage.
Some things are worth doing at human scale. If growth requires compromising any of these principles, we will choose not to grow. This is not a disclaimer. It is the product.
If you ever feel we've violated any of these, the right address is: ethics@humanverse.co
