halfhumanism · visibility is your right

Mine Your Human

There's more to you than anyone has ever asked about. More than any job, grade, or profile has ever shown. halfhumanism is where you go to show the rest.

The Diagnosis

Most people have never been fully seen.
Not even once.

This condition has a name: halfhumanism

Borrowed identity

Ask most people who they are without their job title. Most go quiet. That quiet — that's the part we're here for.

Third-party permission

You need a boss, a platform, or an algorithm to be seen. Your visibility is borrowed. It can be taken away at any time.

The unlived depth

Underneath all of that is something bigger. Skills, experiences, ways of seeing things that nobody has ever thought to ask you about. That's the part halfhumanism is built to surface.

This isn't your fault. The world was only built to handle part of you. Mining doesn't turn you into a better version of yourself. It finds the one you already are.

The Five Terrains of the Human

You have five sides.
Most tools only find one.

A résumé shows what you've done. LinkedIn shows where you've been. Neither one asks who you actually are.

Known

What you've built and understood. The mastery that's already yours.

Latent

Things inside you that haven't found their moment yet. Skills the world hasn't known to ask for.

Seeking

What you're looking for — even if you don't have the exact words for it yet.

Giving

What you have that someone else needs. Things you'd share for free if they only knew to ask.

Living

What's alive in you right now. Your actual present-tense existence.

Dissolution

The Ever-Missing Piece

Somewhere out there is a person who could solve the exact thing you're stuck on. They just don't know you need them yet.

She used bread fermentation theory to dissolve our ethical AI paradox. We had been trying to solve it with more ethics. She brought biology.

Our refugee integration program was failing. A grief counselor who'd never worked in policy explained why — and it was identical to how humans process loss. We rebuilt the entire thing.

Seeker

Dissolver

Grief counselor. Weekend painter. Grew up crossing borders.

The water distribution model was broken and we didn't know where. A jazz pianist showed us: we'd designed it like a score when it needed to be a jam session.

Lead engineer, infrastructure project

Dissolver

Jazz pianist. Self-taught systems thinker. Spent years in sub-Saharan Africa.

The Collective Pulse

What people know.
What they're looking for.
What's sitting unused in the world right now.

Every time someone mines here, the map gets more complete. This is what's in the collective right now.

Most people share what they know and how they live. But the quiet, unused part — Latent — is the biggest of all. Most people never get to use it. halfhumanism was built to change that.

The Mining

What you say is the start.
The real you goes deeper.

Most apps just want what's on the surface. halfhumanism asks three things: what happened, why it matters to you, and what shaped it. That third answer is where the real you lives.

+5 pts

01

Surface

Write what you want to share. A thought, a skill, a story. Just put it down.

+8 pts

02

Layer Beneath

Why does it matter to you? This is where it starts to get real.

+12 pts

03

Layer Root

What made you this way? The moment it happened. The thing you've always known. That's where the gold is.

Contradiction

When something you used to believe turns out to be wrong, you record that too. Changing your mind counts. +10 depth points.

Inheritance

Some of who you are came from someone else — a parent, a teacher, a place you grew up. You can trace that.

Surface Vote

The community can elevate a ulog. At three votes, it rises to the collective pulse. No algorithm. Humans curate.

Deep Vein

Mine consistently and your vein deepens. Surface → First Strike → Deepening → Breakthrough → Deep Vein → Core.

A belief

You deserve to be seen for all of you. Not just the part that got the job. Not just the part that fit the form.

Most people have never had that. Not once. They've been seen in pieces — the piece that was useful, the piece that was easy to measure. halfhumanism names that.

A résumé shows what you did. It doesn't show what you carry. The answers to some of the world's biggest problems are sitting inside people who have never been asked the right question.

Mining is how you answer it. And when you do — you become findable.

You've always been
more than they made room for.

You know things nobody has ever asked you about. You've lived things that have never been given a name. Mining is how you find that — and how others find you.
